Terms of Service

Effective date: 10 June 2026 — creeplog.com

1. What creeplog is

creeplog ("the Service") is a minimal tool that lets freelancers log out-of-scope client requests and produce summaries to attach to emails or invoices. The Service is operated by Andrea Casali ("the Operator") and is currently provided free of charge, as an early-stage product.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify the Operator of any unauthorised use.

4. Your content

The projects and entries you log remain yours. You grant the Operator only the technical rights needed to store and display them to you. You are responsible for what you log: do not store unlawful content or personal data you are not entitled to process.

5. Data: no system of record — keep your own copies

creeplog is a convenience tool, not a system of record, an archive or a backup service. You are solely responsible for keeping independent copies of any information you need for invoicing, accounting, tax or legal purposes — for example by using the built-in "Copy text" summary and storing it with your own records.

The Operator does not guarantee the availability, integrity, durability or recoverability of data stored in the Service. Data may be lost, corrupted or become unavailable as a result of technical failure, maintenance, human error or termination of the Service.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted operation. The summaries produced by the Service are not legal, accounting or tax advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business or failure to invoice, arising out of or in connection with the use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you act as a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the Service: no unauthorised access attempts, no automated bulk usage, no interference with other users. The Operator may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service.

9. Changes and termination

The Service may change or be discontinued at any time. Where reasonably possible, advance notice will be given for material changes or shutdown so that you can export your summaries. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country of residence remain applicable.
